2. Description of Service

Kallglot provides:

• Real-time voice translation
• Telephony and SIP services
• Call transcription
• Voice synthesis
• Analytics for customer communications

We may modify or update the service at any time.

3. Accounts

You must:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your credentials secure
• Be responsible for all actions on your account

4. Telephony Compliance

Certain countries require business verification before numbers can be provisioned. By requesting such numbers, you agree to:

• Submit required documents
• Allow us to transmit them to telecom providers

Failure to provide documents may prevent activation of your number.

5. Privacy

Your use of the service is governed by the:

• Privacy Policy
• Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

Both are incorporated into these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to:

• Break the law
• Harass or defraud others
• Interfere with system operations
• Attempt unauthorized access or reverse engineering

We may suspend accounts violating these rules.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, trademarks, and content remain the property of Kallglot.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kallglot is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits
• Data loss not caused by negligence

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms. For significant changes, we will provide 30 days' notice.
